The NHER has successfully developed software tools to help Social Landlords meet their new obligations.

Our new products will enable you to meet your existing commitments, such as maintaining and improving the energy efficiency of your stock, providing average SAPs to the Housing Corporation, producing stock profiles and enabling decent homes assessment. As well as having a focus on making the process of issuing, recording and maintaining EPCs as easy as possible.

Stock Assessor (replacing NHER Probase)

A standalone energy database, replacing Probase, which enables you to manage the energy efficiency of your stock and EPCs. Key features:

• A database to enable you to record, manage and maintain the energy efficiency data on your housing stock
• Records which properties have received EPCs
• Enables creation & lodgement of EPCs from data held in Stock Assessor; alternatively an EPC can be created on our system (NES one) and data imported
• Imports Probase data
• Provides reports for statutory reporting requirements such as average SAP, stock profiles and decent homes information
• Supported by our Technical Support team seven days a week – via telephone, email and internet services

Auto Assessor (replacing NHER Auto Evaluator)

An energy calculation engine, replacing Auto Evaluator, which works in conjunction with Stock Assessor and a large number of third-party asset management databases. Key features:

• A calculation engine that allows you to use information from your energy database to produce energy ratings and plan improvements
• Anticipate EPC ratings
• Seamless integration with all major Asset Management databases
• The NHER provides training and accreditation for Domestic Energy Assessors to issue EPCs, directly from your Asset Management system

Generate EPCs direct from your Asset Management Database

We are working with all the major Asset Management databases to integrate our EPC generating software directly into their products. Providing you have an accredited DEA you will be able to generate your own EPCs directly from your asset management system.
