All our members are fully trained to use our leading software – which sets the industry standard. Our own in-house software development team refine and update all our software products to keep pace with Government methodology changes.
All our members are supported by our dedicated technical support team helpline, to answer any questions when undertaking a survey. We also keep our assessors constantly up to date with the latest legislation and best practice with our printed Technical Bulletins.
In addition, our Continuing Professional Development courses ensure every NHER assessor builds on their expertise and refreshes their knowledge.

Quality assured and insured
All Energy Performance Certificates registered with our schemes by are covered by our scheme Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance - giving you peace of mind.
Every NHER Domestic Energy Assessor carries an identity card which clearly shows their name, photograph and NHER number for easy checking.
All our members have their own complaints procedure, backed up by the NHER, to guarantee customer protection.
