All Energy Performance Certificates registered with our schemes by are covered by our scheme Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance - giving you peace of mind.
Every NHER Domestic Energy Assessor carries an identity card which clearly shows their name, photograph and NHER number for easy checking.
How to find an NHER Registered Assessor
Visit www.hcrregister.com to select your report type and to search for an assessor. In the search results, make sure the assessor's Accreditation number contains the letters 'NHER'.
When you look on the internet or at print ads, look for the NHER logo as a badge of quality.
If your search displays assessors with a 'SAVA' number, you can be assured of a high quality Energy Performance Certificate by an Home Inspector who is also qualified to issue Home Condition Reports - an authorised document for inclusion in the Home Information Pack. |
